Fintalk provides technology that allows their clients to speak directly with their consumers. The company offers a full infrastructure to optimize customer service channels through artificial intelligence—everything through audio conversations. This way, customers can pay bills, place orders, and access other services via app or social media, right at their fingertips.
We conduct our activities in full compliance with the current Brazilian laws, as well as with CMN Resolution no 3.954/2011 - National Monetary Council.

5. What personal data do we collect and how do we collect it?
The data is collected on behalf of contracting clients for the exclusive use of the contractors.
We gather only the data strictly necessary to facilitate:
Proposals for opening checking accounts and credit operations
Proposals for credit card applications;
Proposals for refinancing with collateral
Updating information;
Opening service requests;
and more
We only collect the data necessary so that our partners can properly monitor the proposals and projects.
6. Data Storage Location
The data we use is stored on secure servers by our business partners/operators, such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft, who are our providers of computational environments and applications in the 'Cloud Computing' mode, also known as public cloud.
The data captured can be used for the period defined by the contractor up to a maximum of 365 days, after which it is completely erased.
7. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
We only process Personal Data when we have a legal reason to do so, in the following cases:
To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation: covers situations where the purpose is to comply with Brazilian legislation.
For the necessity of contract execution or preliminary procedures to the contract: covers situations where we must process Personal Data to fulfill our contractual or preliminary obligations for contract drafting.
For the Controller's legitimate interest: encompasses the use of personal data for promotional activities, prospecting, and general offering of credit and/or financial products and services from our partners, which include Banks and other financial institutions.

FINTALK does not use personal data in automated decision-making processes.
9. How and When Does FINTALK Share Personal Data with Third Parties
FINTALK may share personal data in its possession under the following circumstances:
for the purpose of credit transaction intermediation, where FINTALK, in the role of Correspondent, may share data with the financial institution for credit analysis and granting;
due to fulfillment of legal or regulatory obligations;
or for the purpose of fulfilling its contractual obligations with its clients.
The data sharing procedure is carried out in full compliance with the LGPD, and if the personal data subject decides to exercise the rights listed in Article 18 of the GDPL, particularly correction, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data, FINTALK will promptly comply with the request, in accordance with § 6 of Article 18, immediately informing the processing agents with whom the data was shared to replicate the same procedure, except in cases where such communication is proven to be impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
10. How do we keep your personal data secure?
FINTALK takes all necessary security measures to limit access to Personal Data, protecting us against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental damage, loss, or destruction of your Personal Data.
The security measures applied by FINTALK include storing your personal data on secure servers and granting access to personal data only to authorized individuals when necessary to achieve a specific purpose.
